First Trailer for Indie Western Horror 'The Wind' Premiering at TIFF

The Wind Trailer

“I do not suspect God has a lot enterprise out right here.” An official pageant trailer has arrived for a western horror movie titled The Wind, which simply premiered on the Toronto Movie Pageant this weekend within the Midnight Insanity class. The supernatural thriller is about within the western frontier of the late 1800s, following a plains-lady pushed mad by the harshness and isolation of the untamed land. Starring Caitlin Gerard, Julia Goldani Telles, Ashley Zukerman, Miles Anderson, and Dylan McTee. Described by TIFF as a “nightmarish but empathetic exploration of home solitude, skilfully conjuring — in bone-chilling visible and sonic strokes — an indescribable spectre that appears to emanate from the abysses of the night time itself.” Oh my. How’s that for a pitch? The evaluations have been good thus far, it seems like a horror movie to regulate. ›››
